2 big onion sliced
3 big red tomato
Som olive oil
Herb fresh thymes and rosemary
For bread:
350 gr flour
20 cl water
5 gr salt
10 gr dry yeast
4 tablespoon olive oil
1. Heat a pan and place 2 tablespoon olive oil and onion . Cook for 10 min over low fire or until onion are soft and golden set asid
2. Do that for tomato
for bread:
1. Put the flour on your work table and make a well in the middle
2. Pour 1/4 water ( control it)
3.dissolve your yeast in a tablespoon of water and add it in middle of the well
4. Add salt as much as possible avoid direct contact wirh the yeast.
5. Start handing your dough and add water if needed.
6. Knead the dough for 10 min . Dough becomes elastic and does not stick to your hand.
7. Herb directly to your dough.
8. Over a parchment paper put dorectly the dough cover it with a towel and let rise for minimum 1 hour
9.perheat the oven at 200 c
10. Brash olive oil the surface
11. Put onion and tomato the top
12.sprinkle herb
13. Bake for 30 min or till the top becomes golden
13.let it cool and cut
14. Serve with salad or soup
