  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • juice of a small lemon, to taste
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 tbsp oil from the sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 grilled bell pepper, canned
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
